HOSTIS HONORI INVIDIA (Envy is the foe of honour). Bennet Sherard was created 1st Baron Leitrim in 1627. The baronetcy became extinct in 1859. Baron Leitrim was also Earl of Harborough. Leitrim is in County Leitrim, part of the province of Connacht in Ireland.
