Ursa beach at Cabo da Roca n the wilderness of Sintra Natural Park
This beach is locatted over a cliff near the road leading to Cabo da Roca in the wilderness of Sintra Natural Park. A small road sign indicates the way to the dirt road and improvised parking space. From where thereA?s a 10 minutes walk in a narrow bumpy pedestrian road literally through bushes, trees, and nature. In the end of it thereA?s the lovely small, cliff protected, bay shaped white sandy beach! Because of this difficult access and despite the smallness of the beach, you will find allots of space, large rocks, grouts and corner resembling a pirates film movie scene! Because of all this wilderness thereA?s no bars/cafe or bathrooms. The water is very fresh ( sometimes cold...) and very clean because its the Atlantic ocean! Some consider one of the most beautiful beach in Portugal

Sleeping giant
The Hammer of LouriA?al is an idyllic spot situated near the Cabo da Roca, Portugal. The road access is via a gazebo overlooking South and from there by rail to lead us to the beach Malhada. The trail winding down and becomes quite steep at the end, however upon reaching the sea level are presented by a small waterfall that bubbles falling from rock to rock to form a small stream that flows into the beach. Following the path of the water arrives at the beautiful beach of large pebbles, with its white to contrast with the dark tones of the cliffs. On the left we can see the stone Assentiz with its two large arches pierced by the sea and in front we see the imposing rock of the Malhada LouriA?al

Follow the light
Phare du Petit Minou is a lighthouse in the roadstead of Brest, standing in front of the Fort du Petit Minou, in the commune of PlouzanA©. By aligning it with the phare du Portzic, it shows the safe route to follow for ships to enter the roadstead. It also has a red signal that indicates a dangerous sector around the plateau of les Fillettes (literally the girls), one of the submerged rocks in the goulet of Brest sailors remember this by using the mnemonic "the Minou blushes when he covers les Fillettes"
