Reports from Paris indicates that Garry Davis, 26, son of Society orchestra leader, Meyer Davis has renounced his American citizenship to become a citizen of the world community. Young Davis, (above) was a wartime bomber pilot and as an actor appeared in the Broadway production, Three to make ready. His sister, Virginia (above), is slated to sing The Star Spangled Banner on the opening night of the forthcoming Republican national Convention, in Philadelphia. Orchestra leader, Meyer Davis, said that this has come as a complete surprise to him and says he won't believe the reports until he hears from his son directly.
