Hines, Tammany District leader. They were arrested today in a raid on a six room apartment in Harlem, just six blocks from the scene of their seizure in 1932, and charged with possession of lottery slips. Hines is being tried on charges of being a memeber of the Dutch Schultz policy racket. Under questioning by District Attorney Dewey at the Hines trial, these women said they were former policy clerks.
