Roosevelt with four of her children on veranda of their summer cottage on 11 mile long Canadian Island of Campobello, New Brunswick, 2 miles across harbor from Eastport, Maine. From left to right, Elliot, John, Franklin D. Jr. and only daughter, Anna. Mrs. Roosevelt arrived with her five children early in July but her older son James was on a fishing trip when this photo was taken July 8th. Mr. Roosevelt will join his family July 16th, but since being the Democratic nominee for Vice President his summer rest at their cottage may be short. From this veranda a fine view of Passamaquoddy Bay for miles can be had also far up the frontier river St. Croix, while the border ports of Eastport and Lubec are not far away. Environmentally and ozone friendly, 40mm wide x 15mm Polycore® moulding has the look of real wood, is durable and light and easy to hang. Biodegradable and made with non-chlorinated gases (no toxic fumes) it is efficient; producing 100 tons of polystyrene can save 300 tons of trees! Prints are glazed with lightweight, shatterproof, optical clarity acrylic (providing the same general protection from the environment as glass).
