(Original Caption). Personal Photo of Alleged Faith Healer. Amsterdam: This is a picture of Greete Hofmans, the 61-year-old spinster faith healer, which she released to newsmen here, last week. Miss Hofmans is involved in a reported rift between Holland's Queen Juliana and her German-born husband, Prince Bernhard. Reports said that the Queen had employed Miss Hofmans to help her 9-year-old daughter, Princess Maria Cristina, who was born partly blind. A reported rift developed when Prince Bernhard supposedly accused the faith healer of exerting too much influence on the Queen -- that the influence had entered affairs of state. Some sources said that the reported dispute may cause the Queen to abdicate. The press quoted the faith healer as saying, It is true I heal people by praying for them to God. Wood effect frame, card mounted, 10x8 fade resistant photo print. Overall outside dimensions 14x12 inches (36x31cm). Environmentally and ozone friendly, 40mm wide x 15mm Polycore® moulding has the look of real wood, is durable and light and easy to hang. Biodegradable and made with non-chlorinated gases (no toxic fumes) it is efficient; producing 100 tons of polystyrene can save 300 tons of trees! Prints are glazed with lightweight, shatterproof, optical clarity acrylic (providing the same general protection from the environment as glass). The back is stapled hardboard with a sawtooth hanger attached. Note: measurements provided are estimated outer dimensions, which include both the image and the frame.
