Stromboli, Italy: While talk of an Ingrid Bergman divorce because of her reported romance with Italian director, Roberto Rossellini, has died down with the visit of her husband to Italy, the filming of her projected Epic, After the Storm alias God's Earth is proceeding on the volcanic isle of Stromboli. The shooting has been hampered by lack of a script and living conditions on the island itself. A typical meal on Stromboli as Ingrid and Rossellini munch sandwiches as they discuss scenes with some of the cast. In front of Ingrid is a glass of the wine which suffices as the main drink on the island which contains no water, and several of the group have developed acid stomachs as a result. In her bandana and sweater, Ingrid hardly looks romantic, but that's the way she appears before the camera - sans makeup. Wood effect frame, card mounted, 10x8 fade resistant photo print. Overall outside dimensions 14x12 inches (36x31cm). Environmentally and ozone friendly, 40mm wide x 15mm Polycore® moulding has the look of real wood, is durable and light and easy to hang. Biodegradable and made with non-chlorinated gases (no toxic fumes) it is efficient; producing 100 tons of polystyrene can save 300 tons of trees! Prints are glazed with lightweight, shatterproof, optical clarity acrylic (providing the same general protection from the environment as glass).
