Osborne (R) was ordered barred from the Federal Court this afternoon on charges that he conspired to bribe a prospective juror in the upcoming trial of International Teamster boss James R. Hoffa (L). The charges came from two Federal Judges after an approach was made to the juror last week, touching off a full investigation.
