(Original Caption) 6/19/1933-New York, New York- "Dishonorary degrees" were conferred on J.P. Morgan, the Morgan partners and Mayor John P. O'Brian of New York by the Association of Unemployed College Alumni during a mock ceremony in New York City June 19th. Morgan, Mayor O'Brian and President Frederick Robinson of City College each was made a "Doctor of Deserved Obscurity". This photo shows Heywood Broun, writer, who is "Chancellor" of the organization, presenting the Unemployed College Graduates with "Bachelor of Unemployment" honorary degrees
