(Original Caption). Soviet Ambassador Georgi Zaroubin, right, holds his hand up in refusal to answer newsmen's questions after he attended an immigration hearing yesterday. Zaroubin tried to get four refugee Russian seamen to return to their homeland but after the envoy spent an hour and a half with the sailors, he was told by them that they would never go back until Russia is free. Five of their shipmates went back to Russia April 7 under circumstances which promoted the State Department to expel two members of Russia's United Nations delegation from this country. One of the seaman who talked with Zaroubin, Victor Solovyev told Senate probers last week that all he wants now is a gun for self defense. Wood effect frame, card mounted, 10x8 fade resistant photo print. Overall outside dimensions 14x12 inches (36x31cm). Environmentally and ozone friendly, 40mm wide x 15mm Polycore® moulding has the look of real wood, is durable and light and easy to hang. Biodegradable and made with non-chlorinated gases (no toxic fumes) it is efficient; producing 100 tons of polystyrene can save 300 tons of trees! Prints are glazed with lightweight, shatterproof, optical clarity acrylic (providing the same general protection from the environment as glass).
