London: Mexican Commerce Minister Raul Salinas arrives here this evening (at about 2040-1940 GMT) to begin a week's visit which is hope will lead to an expansion of Anglo-Mexican trade and increased British investment in Mexico. The official side of the visit, which has been arranged by the board of trade, will begin tomorrow when Salinas has a bus round of activities schedules. Early tomorrow morning he will pay a courtesy call on Lord Privy Seal Edward Heath at the foreign office, after which he will go to the board of trade to discuss his visit with officials there. At local 1230 local (1130 GMT). Minister of State at the Board of Trade Frederick Erroll will offer a luncheon in honor of Salinas at Lancaster house. Wood effect frame, card mounted, 10x8 fade resistant photo print. Overall outside dimensions 14x12 inches (36x31cm). Environmentally and ozone friendly, 40mm wide x 15mm Polycore® moulding has the look of real wood, is durable and light and easy to hang. Biodegradable and made with non-chlorinated gases (no toxic fumes) it is efficient; producing 100 tons of polystyrene can save 300 tons of trees! Prints are glazed with lightweight, shatterproof, optical clarity acrylic (providing the same general protection from the environment as glass). The back is stapled hardboard with a sawtooth hanger attached. Note: measurements provided are estimated outer dimensions, which include both the image and the frame.
