Zorin urged the quick appointment of an acting secretary general, charging that the U.N. now is being run under a seizure of powers'. The Soviet Ambassador said Russia was willing to agree to the naming of four, six or seven deputies to assist an acting secretary general. Wood effect frame, card mounted, 10x8 fade resistant photo print. Overall outside dimensions 14x12 inches (36x31cm).
