The Sinclair House
Exterior view of the Sinclair House at the intersection of 79th Street and 5th Avenue, New York, New York, 1920s. The house, built for businessman Isaac Fletcher and designed by C.P.H. Gilbert after one of William K. Vanderbilts chateaus, was sold in 1920 to Harry Sinclair of the Sinclair Oil Company. In 1955, it became home to the Ukrainian Institute of America.
