Windmill "De Zwaluw"(the swallow), in Burdaard, Friesland, the Netherlands

The original windmill De Zwaluw was built in 1875 as a corn and pearl barley mill. Additionally, it was used as a saw mill.
In November 1972, the mill was struck by lightning and burnt down, leaving the base and saw mill standing. Restoration started in 1984 and completed in 1987
