A worried medieval woman is pleading with a gardener to help her extract her cat from the plum tree whence it has run, probably from the dog. Her son (or pageboy) is advising the gardener that the use of the water pump might prove effective. The dog wishes he d chased the cat over the wall while he had the chance. They all want the half-crown on offer.
