Bathing At Dunbar
July 1923: Holidaymakers in the bathing pool at Dunbar, Lothian, on the North Sea. Dunbar Castle, built in the 9th century, was destroyed by Cromwell in 1650 and he used the stones to improve the harbour which enabled locals to develop the fishing industry. Dunbar became a thriving seaport and also has a local brewing industry. (Photo by Alfred Hind Robinson/A H Robinson/Getty Images)
