(Original Caption). Protesting against the employment of married women in public service jobs, these women picketed Boston's famed cradle of liberty, the Faneuil Hall, last night. They were there with placards to greet Secretary of Labor Frances Perkins, who was scheduled to address a new Citizen's Day audience. But Miss Perkins failed to arrive as the result of the cancellation of the plane service on which she was to have made the trip from New York.
